为探讨临床路径在风湿科临床带教中的教学效果,将60名规范化培训医师按随机数字表分为两组,观察组采用临床路径教学法,对照组仍沿用传统的教学方式,实施4周后,进行考核评价.观察组在临床病例分析考试的成绩优于对照组;观察组在激发学习兴趣、诊疗规范化、临床思维能力、解决问题能力、教师授课满意度方面的满意度明显增高.临床路径教学法能显著提高风湿科临床教学效果.

To investigate the effect of clinical pathway on clinical teaching in the department of rheumatology,60 standardized training physicians were randomly divided into two groups. Then the observing group were taught with the clinical pathway teaching method, while the control group with the traditional teaching method. The teaching effects were assessed after 4 weeks. The observing group in clinical case analysis exam was superior to the control group;the satisfaction surveys in the observing group,including stimulating learning interest,standardization of diagnosis and treatment,clinical thinking ability,solving problem ability and teachers teaching sat-isfaction,were significantly higher than that in the control group. The clinical pathway teaching method can significantly improve the effect of clinical teaching in the department of rheumatology.
