Based on the major of new energy materials and de-vices, combined with the only two sessions of teaching practice experience, this paper pertinently explores the teaching modes of theory lessons and experiment lessons of"Fundamentals of Mate-rials Science"for the major, and takes some measures to further improve the teaching quality, including optimizing the course content, adjusting the course structure and reforming the teaching means.
