Teaching satisfaction effectiveness factor of model high vocational students is proposed in this paper. By using questionnaire survey as well as statistical factor analysis, correlation analysis, the impact factors of teaching satisfaction for students in higher vocational schools. And combined with expert interviews, the differentiation teaching strategies is proposed.
