MBA has rooted in China for more than 20 years, and Chinese economic and society has such great hope for the culti-vation of MBA talents. The key to make MBA education suit for the public and turn education concepts into teaching behavior is to form the integration mechanism of resources between colleges and enterprises. In order to achieve this goal, we need to develop institutions to understand the minds of MBA students, to meet the needs of MBA students, to make MBA students grow for the en-terprise leaders through professional training. We need to explore a running mode of school-enterprise cooperation for the sake of solving the puzzle of the enterprise. At the same time, it is neces-sary to evaluate the whole process of cooperation and form a school-enterprise cooperation specification. We also need to op-timize the specification constantly in order to make it better and better.
