民办高职院校可采用高职教育与自学考试本科教育相结合的模式进行人才培养,虽然这种"专本套接"模式受到经济社会发展情况要求、学生家长愿望、用人单位需求和学校自身生存发展需要等外部条件,以及学校领导支持和重视、 学生参与意愿和知识基础、 教师专业知识水平及课程设置等内部条件的影响和制约,但是,在理论上能够实现学生职业技能和学历层次一并提升的目的,因此,可以成为克服因生源数量下降带来的生存危机的有效途径之一.

Higher vocational education and self-study exam of undergraduate education are the hot issues in research as important models of personnel training in higher vocational colleges. Joint between higher vocational education and self-study exam of undergraduate education is applied of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Although it is impacted and restricted by external and internal conditions, theoretically, the professional ability and academic qualifications of students in private-owned higher vocational schools' are promoted at the same time. At present, it can be one of the effective ways to solve the crisis of survival in private higher vocational schools because of the declining number of students.
