This essay applies empirical research to investigate and survey on the execution of "Fujian Financial Aid Policy to Secondary Vocational Schools". The research collects students opinions and evaluation of the effectiveness of the policy and the current situation of the aided area. Based on the data obtained, this essay analyzes the main constraints of the policy and offer some suggestions on improvement of the financial aid policy for students in secondary vocational schools .
