异步电机转子断条故障难以检测的原因在于基波分量与边频分量在频率上相近,且边频信号相对微弱. 提出了一种利用复调制滤波的信号处理技术进行转子断条故障诊断. 分别通过Park变换和Hilbert变换构造出两种复信号,对复信号进行复调制变换,将定子电流中的基波转换为直流部分,并进行滤除. 同时指出,复调制滤波的关键在于获取电机实际运行时精确的基波频率. 理论和试验共同表明,基于两种变换的复调制滤波技术可以较好地剔除基频对故障边频的影响.

The reason why it is difficult to detect the broken rotor bars of asynchronous motor is that the fundamental frequency is close to side frequency and the side frequency is quite weak. Signal processing technology of complex modulation filter which was applied to broken rotor bars was proposed. Two kinds of complex signals were constructed by using Park transform and Hilbert transform respectively. Complex signals was transformed by complex modulation filter, then the fundamental frequency in stator current shifted to dc component which was easily filtered out. Finally, it was necessary to point out that the key of complex modulation filter was accurate frequency acquisition of motor operation in fact. Theoretical and experimental verification jointly showed that complex modulation filter based on two kinds of transform eliminate fundamental frequency for side frequency component.
