A synchronous motor imported a position sensor becomes the motor body coming from disintegrated DC motor. The position sensor was an element within the motor body derived from brushes with their sets. A position sensor intervened into a converter-synchronous motor system made the motor system showed the performance of DC motor. This fact revealed that the running mechanism of the motor was changed. The synchronous motor system with self-controlled variable frequency would be transformed into the generalized DC motor. According to this viewpoint, it did not come into conflict with the classical theory of the synchronous motor. But we must renew our knowledge about DC motor. The basic operational principle of the generalized DC motor was explained.
