为了定量分析笼型异步电动机的谐波电磁力及其对电磁振动的影响,采用场路耦合有限元法,计算分析了电动机气隙磁通密度及谐波电磁力. 在此基础上对其进行时 空二维傅里叶分析,得出空间阶次、幅值、频率之间的关系. 解释谐波电磁力的组成部分与产生原因,并与一台样机振动加速度测量结果对比分析来说明谐波电磁力分析的准确性与应用意义. 最终给出了电磁振动的改进方向,为分析感应电动机电磁振动机理与降低振动噪声提供了参考依据.

In order to analyze quantitatively the harmonic electromagnetic force of asynchronous motor and its effect on electromagnetic vibration, the air gap flux density and harmonic electromagnetic force of motor were calculated and analyzed by using a combination of analytic method and the field-circuit coupled finite element method. On this basis the relationship between space order, amplitude and frequency was obtained by using space-time two dimensional Fourier analysis. Analytical formula was used to explain components and producing reasons of harmonic electromagnetic force. The accuracy and application of harmonic electromagnetic force analysis is demonstrated by comparing with the measurement result of the vibration acceleration of a prototype. Finally the method of reducing electromagnetic vibration was given, and it also provided a reference for analyzing the mechanism of electromagnetic vibration of induction motor and reducing vibration and noise.
