研究一种适用于低开关频率运行的三电平有源钳位逆变器同步优化PWM方法,对电流谐波最小化脉宽调制开关角求解进行了改进. 以电流低次谐波幅值方程为非线性约束条件,通过设置误差精度,增加了对低次谐波幅值的限制. 对求解所需初值通过采用遗传算法求取,并对求解得出的开关角进行优化. 通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真结果表明,得到的开关角同时具有限制特定谐波幅值和保持较小电流谐波畸变率的特点.

The optimized PWM strategy and the operating principle of three-level ANPC inverter working at low switching frequency were introduced. The traditional current harmonic minimum PWM was improved so that it could strengthen the constraint of the amplitudes of low-order harmonics. In this way, the switching angles could not only eliminate the selected harmonic but also reduce the current harmonic. High precision initial values were calculated by genetic algorithm. The expected switching angles could be easily get by substituting the initial value into the total harmonic current distortion. Finally, the validity of the control strategy proposed was verified through the MATLAB/Simulink.
