目的 探讨血清蛋白a( Lp( a) )是否为青年缺血性卒中的独立危险因素. 方法 以120名19~46岁青年缺血性卒中患者作为病例组,以同期预防保健科体检的90名同年龄段非脑血管病体检患者作为对照组,分别检测病例组及对照组血清Lp(a)值,对比两组患者Lp(a)值的差异,同时分析缺血性卒中与血压、血糖、吸烟、饮酒、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)值及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)值的关系. 结果 病例组Lp(a)与对照组Lp(a)值无明显差异(M ±QU-QL=91.3 ±153.53,P>0.05);Logistic回归分析提示,青年缺血性卒中与高血压、糖尿病、饮酒史相关(OR=70.00,OR=19.85,OR=26.30,P <0.05). 结论 Lp(a)可能不是青年缺血性卒中患者的独立危险因素,而高血压、糖尿病、饮酒为青年缺血性脑卒中的高危因素.

목적 탐토혈청단백a( Lp( a) )시부위청년결혈성졸중적독립위험인소. 방법 이120명19~46세청년결혈성졸중환자작위병례조,이동기예방보건과체검적90명동년령단비뇌혈관병체검환자작위대조조,분별검측병례조급대조조혈청Lp(a)치,대비량조환자Lp(a)치적차이,동시분석결혈성졸중여혈압、혈당、흡연、음주、혈청동형반광안산(Hcy)치급저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)치적관계. 결과 병례조Lp(a)여대조조Lp(a)치무명현차이(M ±QU-QL=91.3 ±153.53,P>0.05);Logistic회귀분석제시,청년결혈성졸중여고혈압、당뇨병、음주사상관(OR=70.00,OR=19.85,OR=26.30,P <0.05). 결론 Lp(a)가능불시청년결혈성졸중환자적독립위험인소,이고혈압、당뇨병、음주위청년결혈성뇌졸중적고위인소.
Objective To explore whether lipoprotein (Lp(a)) is the independent risk factor for young ischemic stroke.Methods 120 cases of young ischemic stroke patients were included into the case group , and another 90 non cerebral vascular disease patients with the same age who had physical examination in the Department of Prevention and Health Care of our hospital were regarded as the control group .The serum Lp(a) value of two groups was tested, and compared the difference between two groups , meanwhile ,the relationship between ischemic stroke and blood pressure , as well as the blood sugar, smoking, alcohol consumption , serum homocysteine ( Hcy) values and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) values, were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in Lp (a ) value between two groups ( M ±QU-QL=91.3 ±153.53 ,P>0.05 ); Logistic regression analysis showed that young ischemic stroke was correlated with hypertension , diabetes and history of drinking ( OR=70.00, OR=19.85, OR=26.30, P <0.05). Conclusions Lp( a) may not be the independent risk factor of young ischemic stroke , while hypertension , diabetes and drinking are the high risk factor of young ischemic stroke .
