目的探讨大黄在急性胰腺炎辅助治疗中的临床效果. 方法选择近期收治的急性胰腺炎( AP)的患者80例. 将患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组40例. 对照组给予西医综合治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加上大黄辅助治疗. 比较两组患者的治疗效果. 观察指标有患者腹痛、腹胀的时间、患者住院时间、转手术率、并发症发生率以及血小板计数情况. 结果两组经过不同治疗方法后,两组各项指标的结果比较均有显著的统计学差异( P<0.05 ) ,观察组经过治疗后,患者腹痛、腹胀的时间、住院时间、转手术率、并发症发生率均小于对照组;血小板( PLT)计数显著多于对照组. 结论中药大黄在辅助治疗AP过程中起到了很好的作用意义,对患者的疼痛、住院负担、预后等都有较好的改善作用,还可以改善患者胰腺微循环,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rhubarb in acute pancreatitis adjuvant therapy .Methods I recently admitted to hospital with acute pancreatitis ( AP) of 80 patients.The patients were randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group 40 cases.The control group received Western medicine treatment , observation group Rhubarb plus adjuvant therapy in the treatment on the basis of the control group .Were compared patient outcomes . OUTCOME MEASURES patients with abdominal pain , bloating time, hospitalization time, turn surgery rate, complica-tion rate, and platelet count situation.Results The two groups after different treatment methods , the results of the indi-cators of the two groups showed significant statistical difference ( P<0.05 ) , the observation group after treatment , ab-dominal pain, bloating time, hospital stay, surgery transfer rate, complication rates than the control group; platelet ( PLT) count was significantly more than the control group .Conclusions Rhubarb play in the adjuvant treatment of AP during a good role significance , the patient′s pain, hospitalization burden , have a better effect prognosis , but also can improve patient pancreatic microcirculation , worthy of clinical application .
