目的 分析前置透明帽对单人结肠镜检查进镜时间及息肉发现率的影响. 方法 将2014 年8月~2015年8月接受结肠镜检查的128例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各64例;对照组进行常规结肠镜检查,观察组采用前置透明帽辅助结肠镜进行治疗,对两组患者进镜时间、息肉检出率及平均疼痛评分等情况进行对比.结果 观察组及对照组进镜时间分别为( 15.3 ±4.2 ) s和( 26.1 ±7.2 ) s;息肉检出率分别为59.38%及31.25%;疼痛评分分别为( 2.3 ±0.6 )分及( 4.7 ±1.1 )分;组间比较均具有统计学意义( P<0.05 ). 结论 在肠道息肉的诊断中采用前置透明帽辅助结肠镜检查可有效缩短进镜时间,提高了息肉的诊断率,减轻了患者的痛苦,值得临床推广.

Objective To analyze the effect of previa transparent cap on operation time and detection rate of polyp in single colonoscopy .Methods 128 cases of patients who received colonoscopy from August 2014 to August 2015 were se-lected and divided into the control group and observation group randomly , 64 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional colonoscopy , and the patients in the observation group received previa transparent cap assisted colonoscopy .The operation time , detection rate of polyp and mean pain score were compared .Resutls The operation time of the observation group and the control group were ( 15.3 ±4.2) s and ( 26.1 ±7.2 ) s, the detection rates of polyp were 59.38%and 31.25%, and the pain scores were (2.3 ±0.6) and (4.7 ±1.1), and the differences between two groups were significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions For the diagnosis of gastrointestinal polyposis , previa transparent cap assisted colonoscopy can shorten the operatime time effectively , increase the diagnosis rate of polyp , and reduce the pain of the patients , which is worthy of clinical promotion .
