中日韩三国的农业处于不同发展阶段,合作前景广阔,中国对日韩的互补性要高于日韩对于中国的互补性.随着中国经济的快速发展,对农产品需求越来越大.为了减少对日韩农业冲击的担忧,三国之间可通过加强农业技术的交流引进、逐步扩大农产品贸易自由化范围、合理设置农产品贸易自由化过渡期和促进农业直接投资等措施积极推进中日韩FTA建设.

China, Japan and South Korea are at different development stages regarding their agriculture and have a broad cooperation prospect. Besides, China is more complementary to Japan and South Korea than Japan and South Korea to China. With the rapid development of China's economy, agricultural products are in increasing demands. In view of easing the concern of potential impact on the agriculture in Japan and South Korea, this paper advocates that through strengthening the exchange and import of agricultural technology, gradually expanding the scope of agricultural trade liberalization, setting reasonable transition periods, promoting direct agricultural investment and etc. to positively push forward the trilateral FTA construction.
