目的 探讨移动健康平台辅助同伴教育对改善2型糖尿病自我管理的作用.方法 从社区招募200例糖尿病患者,分为移动健康平台辅助同伴支持教育组50例、同伴支持教育组50例和常规诊疗组100例.开展9个月的干预和观察,比较各组在试验前后疾病相关知识、自我效能、教育参与度以及HbA1C的改变.结果 移动健康平台辅助同伴支持教育组患者糖尿病教育的参与度、糖尿病知识改善度、糖尿病自我效能均有显著提升(P<0.01),该组HbA1C水平控制平稳,但组间比较未达到统计学差异.结论 移动健康平台辅助同伴支持教育有助于提升糖尿病管理和健康教育的效果.

Objective To discuss the effect of improving self-management among type 2 diabetes by mobile health platform and peer support education.Methods Two hundred diabetic patients enrolled from community were assigned to mobile health platform with peer support education group(group A, 50 patients), peer support education group(group B, 50 patients), and control group(group C, 100 patients).Diabetes related knowledge, self-efficacy score, educational participation, and HbA1C level were compared among these three groups before and after nine months of intervention.Results Diabetes related knowledge, self-efficacy score, and educational participation were observably improved in group A (P<0.01).HbA1C in group A was stable, but it had no statistical significance.Conclusion The mobile health platform with peer support education helps to improve the effects of control and education in type 2 diabetic patients in community.
