Beta blockers were the first-line drugs for the treatment of hypertension. In recent years,studies had shown that beta blockers was benefit for the survival of cancer patients,but there is a controversial. This article reviewed the uses of beta blockers in cancer in preclinical studies and clinical researches over the last three years, in order to study the role of beta blockers in cancer.
