采控系统是现代武器装备半实物仿真系统的核心和关键部分,其主要功能是在主控系统的控制下,实时采集机柜面板可操作部件的动作,并进行人机界面信息的显示.需要采集显示的信息类型多、数量大,属于"海量"采集控制系统.对采控对象进行了分类,在分析比较现有采集控制系统的基础上,采用模块化设计思想,以FPGA为核心设计制作了一种功能全、体积小,且具有可靠性高、易于扩展等优点的采控系统.经过功能仿真、综合和测试,各项指标均符合设计要求.

Acquisition-controlling system is the key of half-material-object simulation system for modern weapons and equipments,and its main function is to acquire the operation on the faceplate of equipment cabinet in real time and show the information of human-computer interface. There are kinds and numbers of information that needs to be acquired,therefore, acquisition-controlling system is massive. This paper classifies the objects that needs to be acquired and controlled. On the base of analysis and comparison among modern acquisition-controlling systems,the paper uses the theory of module,designs and make an acquisition-controlling system that is with great function and high reliability, in small size and easy to be expended. FPGA is the key of this system. After functional simulation,synthesis and test,we find that all of its indexes meet the need of our design.
