针对火炮发射过程中,膛内高温火药燃气的热冲击形成的温度场对火炮寿命与射击精准度产生影响的问题,利用Ansys Workbench软件平台建立了某火炮身管的有限元模型,基于非线性瞬态热力学理论对身管内外壁的对流传热过程进行了仿真,从而得出不同射速和不同环境温度下身管温度场的分布规律,为在不同外界环境条件下合理分配射速,提高身管寿命与其射击精准度提供参考.
針對火砲髮射過程中,膛內高溫火藥燃氣的熱遲擊形成的溫度場對火砲壽命與射擊精準度產生影響的問題,利用Ansys Workbench軟件平檯建立瞭某火砲身管的有限元模型,基于非線性瞬態熱力學理論對身管內外壁的對流傳熱過程進行瞭倣真,從而得齣不同射速和不同環境溫度下身管溫度場的分佈規律,為在不同外界環境條件下閤理分配射速,提高身管壽命與其射擊精準度提供參攷.

For the problem that in the firing process,temperature field produced by the thermal shock of chamber temperature propellant gas affects gun life and shooting accuracy,establish the finite element of gun barrel model by using Ansys Workbench software platform ,simulate the convective heat transfer process based on the outer wall of barrel by using nonlinear transient thermodynamic theory. The temperature-time curves of both inside and outside surface are gotten under different firing modes and different environment temperature.Provide reference for the reasonable distribution of firing rate in different environmental conditions to improve the life of barrel and the shooting precision.
