According to the definition of system effectiveness,the new effectiveness evaluation way is presented on base of task completion rate,which is in view of range test. The people can set the corresponding tasks according to the target set standards,and utilize the test data to assess the task completion. Then the AHP and grey whitenization weight function clustering method are used to aggregate each task completion rate,by which the effectiveness evaluation results of equipment system are obtained.
