目的 分析小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒临床护理与急救方法. 方法 选取从2014年6月—2015年6月收治的100例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿,随机分为对照组(50)与护理组(50),对照组采取常规护理,护理组采取综合护理干预,对比两组临床护理满意度、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平. 结果 护理组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05). 护理组满意度为92.00%,对照组满意度为72.00%,护理组明显高于对照组(P<0.05). 结论 对小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒采取有效急救护理,能增强临床护理满意度,改善血糖水平,具有临床应用价值.

목적 분석소인당뇨병동증산중독림상호리여급구방법. 방법 선취종2014년6월—2015년6월수치적100례당뇨병동증산중독환인,수궤분위대조조(50)여호리조(50),대조조채취상규호리,호리조채취종합호리간예,대비량조림상호리만의도、공복혈당、찬후2h혈당수평. 결과 호리조공복혈당、찬후2h혈당수평명현저우대조조(P<0.05). 호리조만의도위92.00%,대조조만의도위72.00%,호리조명현고우대조조(P<0.05). 결론 대소인당뇨병동증산중독채취유효급구호리,능증강림상호리만의도,개선혈당수평,구유림상응용개치.
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing and emergency treatment method for children with diabetic ketoaci-dosis. Methods 100 children with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the nursing group with 50 children in each. Patients in the control group were treated by the conventional nursing, and those in the nursing group were given the comprehensive nursing intervention. And the levels of clinical nursing satisfaction, fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing group had significantly lower levels of fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose than the control group (P<0.05). The level of nursing satisfaction was much higher in the nursing group than that in the control group(92.00%vs 72.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion For children with diabetic ketoacidosis, effective emergency nurisng can enhance the level of clinical nursing satisfaction, and improve the blood glucose level with clinical application value.
