目的:分析对单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变患者采用复方血栓通胶囊治疗的临床效果.方法:选取糖尿病视网膜病变患者80例,并根据治疗方式的不同分为研究组与对照组.分别治疗后对比两组疗效情况.结果:研究组患者治疗后视野平均敏感度明显大于对照组;研究组患者治疗后ERG-OPs O1、O2波峰潜伏期较治疗前有显著缩短,振幅O1、O2及O3较治疗前显著升高;研究组显效率为39.2%,有效率为49.4%,均显著高于对照组的10.5%和19.7%;上述差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变的药物中,复方血栓通胶囊较复方丹参片的疗效更佳,能够明显提高患者视力,值得临床推广应用.

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Xueshuantong compound capsule in the treatment of simple diabetic retinopathy. Methods: 80 patients with simple diabetic retinopathy were divided into study group and control group according to different treating methods and the effects were compared after the treatment. Results: Compared with that of control group, the average visual field sensitivity of study group was significantly improved; the ERG-OPs O1, O2 peak latency was significantly shortened, amplitude O1, O2 and O3 increased significantly; the explicit efficiency and efficiency of study group was 39.2%, and 49.4% respectively, which was significantly higher than that of control group, which was 10.5% and 19.7% respectively; the above-mentioned differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions: In the treatment of simple diabetic retinopathy, Xueshuantong compound capsule had a better therapeutic effect in improving the visual acuity of the patients, which was worthy of clinical application.
