目的:探讨分析黄芩的抑菌作用及有效化学成分.方法:以超声法和水煮法对黄芩的有效成分进行提取,通过硅胶等获取结晶物,并展开抑菌对比分析. 结果:①最低抑菌浓度MIC比较:经过实验操作研究,验证了黄芩当中的结晶物所融合的提取液存在抑菌作用,而超声法提取的黄芩抑菌效果明显高于水煮法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②两组提取结晶物的抑菌浓度比较:通过两种不同的提取方法所获得的提取液对肠炎沙门氏菌的抑菌效果也有所不同,在具有抑菌效果的同时,超声法提取的黄芩结晶物的抑菌效果明显高于水煮法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论:黄芩具有良好的抑菌作用,通过超声法可以更有效提取出黄芩中的抑菌成分,值得临床推广.

목적:탐토분석황금적억균작용급유효화학성분.방법:이초성법화수자법대황금적유효성분진행제취,통과규효등획취결정물,병전개억균대비분석. 결과:①최저억균농도MIC비교:경과실험조작연구,험증료황금당중적결정물소융합적제취액존재억균작용,이초성법제취적황금억균효과명현고우수자법,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);②량조제취결정물적억균농도비교:통과량충불동적제취방법소획득적제취액대장염사문씨균적억균효과야유소불동,재구유억균효과적동시,초성법제취적황금결정물적억균효과명현고우수자법,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05). 결론:황금구유량호적억균작용,통과초성법가이경유효제취출황금중적억균성분,치득림상추엄.
AIM:To study the antibacterial effect and the effective chemical constituents of skullcap. METHODS: The effective components of skullcap were extracted by ultrasonic method and water boiling method. RESULTS: First, the MIC comparison of minimum inhibitory concentration: after the experiment research, it was validated the extraction of skullcap crystal had an antibacterial effect, the antibacterial effect of the extracts from skullcap was significantly higher than that of water boiling method, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . Second, comparison of antibacterial concentrations of extracts from two groups:the inhib-itory concentration of extracts from two kinds of different methods was different, as the same time with the antibacterial effect, the antibacterial effect of ultrasonic extraction of skullcap crystal was significantly higher than water boiling method. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:It has a good antibacterial effect, and it can be effectively extracted of the antibacterial components from the root, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
