The optimum formula of the compound beverage of honeysuckle blueberry and crabapple was determined by orthogonal test. The results showed that the best formula of the beverage were honeysuckle juice 25%, blueberry juice 15%, crabapple juice 25%, citric acid 0.12%and sugar 6%. The appearance of the product is purple red, crisp, sweet and sour, with natural flavor of honeysuckle blueberry and crabapple.
