目的 研究分析整体护理用于急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒的临床作用. 方法 选择该院2014年9月—2015年9月期间急诊接收的94例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者,应用随机数字表法进行平均分组,一组47例患者采取常规护理干预设为对照组;一组47例患者采取整体护理干预设为试验组. 结果 试验组患者的总有效率93.62%(44/47)显著大于对照组的82.98%(39/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 试验组患者的疾病知识知晓率、主观感受以及护理满意度等指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 对急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者开展整体护理,获得满意效果,可明显提高患者疾病知识的知晓率,改善其主观感受,在临床治疗中的应用及推广价值较高.

Objective To study and analyze the effect of holistic nursing applied to the emergency treatment for diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods 94 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis underwent emergency treatment in our hospital from Septem-ber 2014 to September 2015 were selected and equally divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group with 47 cases in each in accordance with the random digital table method. Patients in the control group were treated by the conventional nursing intervention, and those in the experimental group were treated by the holistic nursing interven-tion. Results The overall response rate was much higher in the experimental group than that in the control group [93.62%(44/47) vs 82.98%(39/47)], the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the experi-mental group had higher awareness rate of the knowledge related to diabetic ketoacidosis, better subjective feeling and high-er level of nursing satisfaction with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with diabetic ke-toacidosis with emergency treatment, holistic nursing can improve the awareness rate of the knowledge related to diabetic ketoacidosis and the subjective feeling with satisfactory effect and high value of clinical application and popularization.
