目的:探讨对空军某部退休干部高血压患者给予综合治疗的疗效. 方法:选取 2010-02/2014-02我院收治的高血压患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组. 对照组采用药物治疗,实验组给予综合治疗,观察两组治疗效果. 结果:治疗前,两组患者收缩压和舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的收缩压和舒张压均降低,且实验组患者收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论:采用综合治疗方法对空军某部退休干部高血压患者进行治疗,具有较好的效果,值得应用.

AIM: To explore the treatment efficacy of compre-hensive treatment on retired cadres with hypertension of an air force unit . METHODS: A total of 120 cases of retired cadres with hypertension of an air force unit admitted into our hospital from February 2010 to February 2014 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was given medication treatment,and the experimental group was given compre-hensive treatment. Treatment effects were observed. RESULTS:There were no statistically significant differences of the two groups in SBP and DBP before treatment ( P>0. 05 ); after treatment, SBP and DBP of both groups decreased, while SBP and DBP of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). CON-CLUSION:Comprehensive treatment has a good effect on retired cadres with hypertension of an air force unit. It is worthy of clini-cal application.
