黑米糠抗疲劳运动饮料作为受试饮料,研究其对小鼠的抗疲劳作用.将雄性昆明小鼠随机分为4组,对照组和低、中、高剂量组,即12.5、25、75 mL/(kg·bw),给小鼠灌胃,对照组为相同体积的纯净水.喂养30 d,末次给药30 min后,对小鼠的负重游泳实验、血清尿素氮、血乳酸和肝糖原进行测定.3个剂量的受试饮料均能显著增加小鼠的负重游泳时间,中、高剂量的受试饮料显著抑制血清尿素氮的产生,提高肝糖原的储备,抑制血乳酸的升高,减少其在骨骼肌处的积累.黑米糠运动饮料具有抗疲劳作用.

Anti-fatigue black rice bran sports drinks as a test drink , to study its anti-fatigue effect on mice. Male mice were randomly divided into four groups, the control group and the low, medium and high dose groups, namely 12.5,25,75 mL/(kg·bw), fed to mice in the control group the same volume of pure water. Feeding 30 d, 30 min after the last administration, the mice's swimming test, serum urea nitrogen, blood lactate and glycogen were measured. Three doses of the test beverage can significantly increase swimming time of mice, medium and high doses of the test beverage was significantly suppressed serum urea nitrogen, increase the reserve of glycogen, inhibit blood lactic acid increased, reducing its in skeletal muscle accumulation at. Black rice bran sports drink has anti-fatigue effect.
