探讨玛咖提取物对运动小鼠的缓解疲劳生物功效性.将160只健康雄性小鼠随机分为4批,分别进行负重游泳、血浆尿素测定、肝糖原及血乳酸的测定实验,每批动物再随机分为正常对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,分别为0、0.13、0.27、0.80 g/(kg·bw·d),每组10只,连续灌胃30 d后,测定各项指标.玛咖提取物高剂量组0.80 g/(kg· bw·d)能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间、降低游泳后血浆尿素和血乳酸含量,不能显著提高小鼠肝糖原储备.玛咖提取物具有明显的缓解疲劳作用.

To explore the bioactive effect of maca extracts on alleviating physical fatigue in exercise mice ,160 healthy male mice were randomly divided into 4 batches to examine load swimming time, blood urea nitrogen, hepatic glycogen, and blood lactic acid, respectively. Each batch of mice was randomly divided into 4 groups:the control group, and maca extracts groups at different dosages of low, middle and high levels, that were 0,0.13,0.27,0.80 g/(kg·bw·d). 10 mice in each group were correspondingly gavaged for 30 days, and then the indicators were determined. Maca extracts at high dosage group 0.80 g/(kg·bw·d) could significantly prolong weight-loaded swimming duration, decrease blood urea nitrogen, and blood lactic acid of mice. Hepatic glycogen was not changed significantly. Maca extracts could alleviate physical fatigue in mice.
