研究了高效液相色谱法检测乳与乳制品中三聚氰胺的检测方法.采用三氯乙酸和乙腈提取后,用高效液相色谱测定.该方法的检出限为0.5 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为1.09%~1.99%,回收率在95.15%~99.12%之间.与GB/T 22388-2008《原料乳与乳制品中三聚氰胺检测方法》第一法高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)相比,处理时间缩短了约3 h.

In this paper, HPLC was used to detect the melamine in raw milk and dairy products. In HPLC method, melamine was extracted by trichloroacetic acid and acetonitrile. The detection limit of this method is 0.5 mg/kg, the relative standard deviation was 1.09%-1.99%and the recoveries between 95.15%-99.12%. Compared with the first method in GB/T 22388-2008, this method processing time is reduced by about 3 h.
