应用型本科院校实践教学师资队伍建设是优化实践教学师资结构、适应本科院校转型发展和提高实践课程教学质量的需要.针对实践教学师资队伍中存在的重理论轻实践 , "双师型" 教师缺乏 ,准入、淘汰机制不完善 ,管理与评价考核制度不健全 ,实践教学教师队伍中存在缺乏内升动力等问题 ,文章提出转变观念 ,重视实践教学师资队伍建设 ;促进实践教学教师的专业能力提升 ;加大引进实践教学教师的力度 ;建立科学的考核评价机制等对策.

The construction of practical teaching staff in Applied Undergraduate Colleges is to meet the needs of optimizing the structure of teaching staff ,adapting to the transformation and development of undergraduate colleges ,and improving of the quality of practical teaching .There are some problems in practical teaching such as theory emphasis instead of practice emphasis , a lack of "double qualified" teachers , the imperfection of "access and elimination"mechanism as well as management and evaluation system , a lack of motivation among teachers in practical teaching , etc ..This thesis suggest we should change our old concept to focus on the construction of practice teaching staff ,the improvement of their competence , the enrollment of practice teachers , and the establishment of scientific evaluation mechani sm .
