For complicated spacecraft, traditional two-dimensional product assembly process design method brings numerous actual problems because of its complicated sub-systems and compact space layout which lower the production efficiency and waste development outlay. In this paper, digital assembly simulation process is introduced briefly and its application study is illuminated by taking an example of a certain complicated spacecraft.
