Based on the feature study of a foreign 20t class LOX/LH2 expander cycle engine, the system scheme of a 25t expander cycle engine is put forward. The main performance parameters of the 25t expander cycle engine are promoted by optimizing balance parameters and restricting the condition of the lowest temperature raise in the jacket. Also, the technology schemes of the thrust chamber and the hydrogen turbopump, together with other key technologies are briefly introduced.
