目的:分析针对原发性痛经患者应用中药穴位贴敷治疗的临床效果.方法:选取我院以原发性痛经入院接受治疗的患者80例,随机分为对照与治疗两组各40例,对照组患者采用口服中药胶囊(田七痛经胶囊),治疗组患者采用传统中药穴位贴敷治疗方法,对比两组疗效.结果:经治疗,治疗组患者在疗效、患者疼痛评分及疼痛的伴随症状方面的改善均优于对照组患者.结论:中药穴位贴敷治疗原发性痛经有着显著的临床治疗效果,更有利于改善患者的临床症状.

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Acupoint Application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: Our hospital was chosen to primary dysmenorrhea was hospitalized for treatment of 80 cases of patients, were randomly assigned to control and treatment of two groups, 40 cases in each, in the control group were treated with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine (Tianqi Tongjing capsule capsule, treatment group patients by traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking apply treatment, compared to two groups curative effect. Results: After treatment, the patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion: Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary dysmenorrhea has a significant clinical effect, is more conducive to improving the clinical symptoms of patients.
