分别以羰基铁粉和羰基镍粉为磁性颗粒制备了不同组分的磁流变弹性体,分析了材料组分、外加磁场等对材料力学性能的影响.结果表明,磁流变弹性体的磁致弹性模量随磁性颗粒含量的增大而增大.在低磁场条件下,磁流变弹性体的磁致弹性模量随磁场的增强而迅速上升,当磁场较高时,磁致弹性模量增加趋势减缓直至饱和;在相同的质量含量条件下,以羰基镍粉为填充物的磁致弹性模量要低于以羰基铁粉为填充物的磁致弹性模量,且随着磁场的增强,二者磁致弹性模量的差值增加;磁流变弹性体的弹性模量随增塑剂含量的增加而减小,磁致弹性模量随增塑剂含量的增加而增加.

With carbonyl ironand nickel powders respectively, magnetorheological elastomer of different components has been prepared, and the factors affecting the mechanical properties of magnetorheological elastomer have been studied. The results show that the field-induced elastic modulus of magnetorheological elastomer increases with the content of magnetic particles; under lower magnetic field, the field-induced elastic modulus increases rapidly with the rising of magnetic field strength, but under higher magnetic field, the increasing trend slows down and eventually to saturation; considering the influence of filler on the mechanical properties, carbonyl nickel powders was worse than carbonyl iron powders in the same weight percentage, and this different value increases with the rising of magnetic field strength; the field-induced elastic modulus increases with increasing plasticizer content, but the elastic modulus decreases with increasing plasticizer content.
