在简单总结Sablik和Jiles建立磁-力耦合模型的方法以及王莉和王博文等建立的磁-热-力耦合模型的基础上,提出了磁致伸缩模型的基本框架,并依据此框架逐次建立起了磁致伸缩材料新的一维准静态磁-热-力耦合模型.该模型将温度对磁化强度的影响等效为对有效场和磁化过程的影响两部分.利用该模型对Terfenol- D棒分别在不同应力和不同温度条件下的磁致伸缩系数λ进行仿真计算,计算结果与实验结果吻合较好.

The basic framework of magnetostriction model for magnetostrictive materials was proposed based on briefly summarizing the magneto-mechanical coupling model proposed by Sablik and Jiles and the magneto-thermo-mechanical coupling model proposed by Wang Li and Wang Bowen. And then a new one-dimension quasi-static magneto-thermo-mechanical coupling model was built up according to the framework. In the new model, the effect of temperature on magnetization is equivalent to two parts, or the effect on both the effective field and the magnetization process of magnetostrictive materials. The simulation results given by the model are in a good agreement with the experimental results on the magnetostrictive coefficientλof Terfenol-D bar under the conditions of different stress and temperature, respectively.
