目的探讨信息管理系统对检验科室工作质量管理效果的影响.方法收集2014年1月至2014年12月医院检验科完成的检验标本,并将所有收集的标本的信息输入信息管理系统,然后采集每个标本检测项目的质控信息并形成质控数据库,最后检测失控率、误差等检验科室工作质量的检测结果与2013年的标本检测结果进行对比.结果 2014年检验标本的不合格率、标识错误率及丢失事件均明显低于2013年;2014年所收集检验标本的检验结果回报合格率、危急值报告回报率及危急值报告回报及时率均明显优于2013年;2014年所收集检验标本的总误差变异率明显优于2013年.结论信息管理系统能明显提高检验科室的工作质量、管理效果,值得在检验工作中大力推广应用.

Objective To investigate the impact of information management system on the management effect and work quality in the department of clinical laboratory.Methods We collected the specimens tested from January to December 2014 in the department of clinical laboratory and input the information of all the specimens into the information management system. We then collected the quality control information of each specimen testing project and built the quality control database. Finally, we compared the testing results of the work quality in the department of clinical laboratory, including the out of control rate and error, in 2014 with those in 2013.Results The fraction defective, identification error rates and loss events of specimens in 2014 were all significantly lower than those in 2013. The qualification rates of test results, rates of return of critical value reports and rates of timely return of critical value reports in 2014 were all significantly better than those in 2013. The total error variation rate of test specimens collected in 2014 were significantly better than that in 2013.Conclusions Information management system can obviously improve the work quality and management effect in the department of clinical laboratory and it is worthwhile to promote and apply the system in hospital inspection work.
