以张杂5号和晋谷21号为试材 ,采用盆栽试验 ,研究了5叶期叶面喷施不同剂量(0、3. 37、6. 74、13. 48、26.96 gai·hm-2 )的阔世玛对谷子幼苗主要农艺性状、光合色素含量和抗氧化系统的影响.结果表明 ,随着阔世玛喷施浓度的增加 ,张杂5号和晋谷21号幼苗的株高、叶面积、生物重、光合色素含量呈现出不断降低的趋势 ;M DA含量和细胞膜相对透性呈现出不断升高的趋势 ;而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性呈现出先升高后降低的趋势.与其他处理相比 ,3. 37 g ai·hm-2 (1/4推荐剂量)的阔世玛对谷子的药害最小 ,26. 96 g ai·hm -2 (2倍推荐剂量)的阔世玛对谷子的药害最大 ,不易缓解.同时 ,张杂5号对阔世玛的耐药性稍高于晋谷21号.

Pot experiment was conducted to study effects of Sigma Broad on main agronomic characteristics ,photosyn-thetic pigment content and antioxidant system of foxtail millet through spraying Sigma Broad at five-leaf stage ,with the material of"Jingu 21"and"Zhangza 5" .The result showed that ,with the increasing of Sigma Broad concentration ,the height ,leaf area ,weight and photosynthetic pigment content of foxtail millet continuously decreased ;MDA content and cell membrane permeability showed an opposite trend in response to Sigma Broad ;the activities of SOD and POD enzymes increased and subsequently decreased .Compared to the other controls ,Sigma Broad applied at a concentration of 3.37 g ai·hm -2 (a quarter of the recommended concentration )caused the minimal phytotoxicity of millet ,the largest damage was caused by Sigma Broad at the concentration of 26.96 g ai·hm -2 .In addition ,the resistance to herbicide of Zhangza 5 was higher than Jingu 21.
