目的:研究针刺颈夹脊穴为主联合小针刀松解法治疗颈源性眩晕(CV)的疗效.方法:选取110例CV患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各55例.观察组行针刺颈夹脊穴为主联合小针刀松解法治疗,对照组行单纯针刺颈夹脊法治疗,对比两组的疗效.结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为94.4%,显著高于对照组的82.4%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的LVA、RVA及BA的Vm均较治疗前及对照组(P<0.05),ESCV评分均较治疗前及对照组显著降低(P<0.05).结论:针刺颈夹脊穴为主联合小针刀松解法治疗CV能够有效改善眩晕症状及脑供血状态,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广.

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of acupuncturing Jia-ji acupoints combined with small needle-knife releasing in treating cervical vertigo(CV). Methods: 110 cases of CV patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in each group.The observation group received acupuncturing Jia-ji acupoints combined with small needle-knife releasing therapy,the control group received simple acupuncturing Jia-ji acupoints therapy, the efficacy in two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in observation group was 94.4%, which was significantly higher than that of the contrl group, 82.4% (P<0.05); After treatment,the Vm of LVA, RVA and BA in observation group were significantly improved than that of the control group(P<0.05), the ESCV scores in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions: Acupuncturing Jia-ji acupoints combined with small needle-knife releasing can effectively improve the state of vertigo symptoms and cerebral circulation in treating cervical vertigo, it could improve the clinical outcomes and should be widely applied.
