目的探讨焦点解决短期团体治疗模式(SFBT)在非意愿妊娠女性首次人工流产术前焦虑管理中的应用及效果.方法将240例非意愿妊娠首次人工流产女性伴术前焦虑者随机分为对照组(n=120)和干预组(n=120),对照组采用常规的门诊干预,干预组实施焦点解决短期团体治疗,应用SAS评价干预效果.结果干预后,干预组患者焦虑水平(52.87±8.58)明显低于对照组患者(55.11±8.70),比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.507, P=0.013).结论焦点解决短期团体治疗模式能够有效降低非意愿妊娠女性首次人工流产术前的焦虑水平.

Objective To explore the application of Solution-focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in preoperative anxiety management of first artificial abortion operation of unintended pregnancy.Methods In total of 240 female patients with preoperative anxiety who received first artificial abortion operation of unintended pregnancy were divided into control group (n=120) and intervention group (n=120) randomly. In control group, routine clinical intervention was adopted, while in intervention group, SFBT was adopted. The intervention effect was evaluated by SAS.Results After the intervention, the anxiety level of patients in intervention group (52.87±8.58) was significantly lower than that in control group (55.11±8.70), and the difference was statistically significant (t=2.507, P=0.013). Conclusion SFBT could reduce the anxiety level of female patients who received first artificial abortion operation of unintended pregnancy effectively.
