目的:观察按摩点穴配合刺络放血治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法:按摩点穴配合刺络放血治疗神经根型颈椎病40例,治疗后,观察疼痛、麻木症状及压顶试验、臂丛牵拉试验、上肢肌力体征和日常生活能力的改善情况.结果:按摩点穴配合刺络放血能很好地改善神经根型颈椎病的症状体征.
目的:觀察按摩點穴配閤刺絡放血治療神經根型頸椎病的臨床療效.方法:按摩點穴配閤刺絡放血治療神經根型頸椎病40例,治療後,觀察疼痛、痳木癥狀及壓頂試驗、臂叢牽拉試驗、上肢肌力體徵和日常生活能力的改善情況.結果:按摩點穴配閤刺絡放血能很好地改善神經根型頸椎病的癥狀體徵.
목적:관찰안마점혈배합자락방혈치료신경근형경추병적림상료효.방법:안마점혈배합자락방혈치료신경근형경추병40례,치료후,관찰동통、마목증상급압정시험、비총견랍시험、상지기력체정화일상생활능력적개선정황.결과:안마점혈배합자락방혈능흔호지개선신경근형경추병적증상체정.
Objective: To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of massage acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy in treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: 40 patients of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy were given massage acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy ant the clinical therapeutic effect was observed in terms of pain feeling, numbness, capping test, brachial plexus traction test, upper limb muscle strength and activity of daily living. Results: Massage acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy had a remarkable effect in treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.
