目的探讨高压氧治疗眼肌麻痹的临床效果.方法对27例28眼眼外伤及糖尿病引起的后天麻痹性斜视进行药物+ 高压氧综合治疗.以单纯药物治疗者21例21眼为对照组. 结果高压氧综合治疗组治疗后总有效率89.3%.同对照组(61.9 %)比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论高压氧综合治疗眼肌麻痹疗效好 ,是治疗眼肌麻痹的一个安全有效的治疗方法.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the hyperbaric oxygen treating ophthalmoplegia. M ethods 28 eyes of 27 cases who suffered acquired paralytic strabismus ocular trauma and diabetes was treated by drug plus hyperbaric oxygen therapyast, Another group was treated only by drug in 21 cases of 21 as the control group. Results the total effective rate was 89.3%, in hyperbaric oxygen as group while which was (61.9%)in control group.The difference was statistically signifit (P <0.05). Conclusions hyperbaric oxygen therapy was effective in treating ophthalmoplegia, also was a safe and effective treatment methods.
