目的:探讨实习期口腔医学专业学生心理健康状况及应对方式的相关性.方法:对进入临床实习期的139名口腔医学专业学生进行调查.问卷评定采用症状自评量表SCL-90和应对方式问卷,对调查结果进行比较分析.结果:实习期口腔医学专业学生的躯体化因子、焦虑因子、恐惧因子、偏执因子均显著高于全国青年组常模;口腔医学专业学生的强迫因子、人际关系敏感因子、抑郁因子、敌对因子及精神病性因子均显著低于全国大学生组,焦虑因子、偏执因子低于全国大学生组;实习期口腔医学生解决问题与SCL-90各因子呈高度负相关;自责、幻想、退避、合理化与SCL-90各因子呈高度正相关;求助与强迫、焦虑、恐惧、精神病性4个因子呈显著负相关,与躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、偏执4个因子呈负相关.结论:实习期口腔医学专业学生心理健康状况较全国大学生组好,但仍不同程度的存在一些心理问题,其心理健康状况对应对方式的选择有影响.

Objective :To explore the mental health status of stomatologic students in internship and the relationship between mental health status and coping modus. Methods:A total of 139 stomatologic students in internship were assessed and analysed contrasfively by SCL--90 and Coping Modus Questionnaire. Results:The SCL-90 scores of the stomatologic students were significantly higher than those of the national norm of youth on somatization,anxiety,horror and tenacity and significantly lower than those of the national students on con-straint,interpersonal sensitivity, depression, rivalry and psychosis,lower than those of the national students on anxiety and tenacity. Work-ing out a solution was significantly negatively correlated with the all factors of SCL-90;self-accusation,fantasy, withdrawal and rational-ization were significantly positively correlated with the all factors of SCL-90;asking for help was significantly negatively correlated with constraint,anxiety,horror and psychosis,and negatively correlated with somatization,interporsonal sensitivity,depression and tenacity. Conclusion:The mental health of stomatologic students in internship were not good. The coping modus is influenced by the level of men-tal health.
