Medical students test anxiety at the beginning and the end of the term
目的 通过了解学期初、末大学生考试焦虑的主要来源及表现情况,从而确定学生考试焦虑的现况, 并为克服大学生考试焦虑提供依据.方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取04、05两个年级16个班,于2006年学期初、学期末统一进行问卷调查,运用SPSS 10.0统计软件进行统计分析.结果 学期初、末考试焦虑人数比较无显著性差异(χ 2 =0.25,P >0.05);学期初不同年 级、不同性别间考试焦虑无显著性差异( P >0.05);学期末不同性别间考试焦虑无显著性差异( P >0.05);不同年级间考试焦虑有显著性差异(χ 2 =4.523,P=0.033);学期初、末考试焦虑的主要来源均为:担心考糟了他人对你的评价;学期初占总焦虑来源的34 %,学期末占总焦虑来源的33%.学期初、末不同年级对考试焦虑的表现均无显著性差异( P >0.05);不同性别对考试焦虑的表现有显著性差异( P <0.05)且男性均高于女性.结论 学期初、末医学生均存在考试焦虑现象,学期初学生考试焦虑的人数为168人(41. 28%),学期末学生考试焦虑的人数为161人(39.56%).

Objective With the learning of the source and the appearance of test anxiety at the beginning and the end of the term,make sure the current situation of the test anxiety among the university students. thus, provide the evidence for overcoming this popular problem. Methods Adopt the method of stratified and cluster sampling, and sample the students of Grade 04 and 05, including 16 classes, to investigate by questionnaires. the survey was carried on at the beginning and the end of the second term in 2005-2006 semester. The data were analyzed by the SPSS 10.0 office. Results The number of anxiety students don't have obvious difference between the beginning and the end of the term(χ2=0.25,P >0.05); At the beginning of the term, there is no obvious difference the two grades and different sexes.(P >0.05)At the end of the term, there is no obvious difference between different sexes too(P >0.05), but the difference between the two grades is obvious(χ2=4.523,P=0.033). The main sources of the test anxiety are the same during the two period of the term, That is the worry about the evaluations of others; at the beginning of the term it accounts for 34% of anxious source, while at the end of the term it accounts for 33% of anxious source. At the beginning and the end of the term, there is no obvious test anxious appearance between the different grades. However, there is an obvious difference between the female and male(P<0.05), and male has the higher chance than female. Conclusion At both the beginning and end of the term, the medical students have the test anxiety. The number of the test anxious students; at the beginning of the term is 168(41.28%), at the end of the term is 161(39.56%).
