A two-level stock system including chain store distribution center and its shops is studied.The influence of the shop holding stock to distribution center stock is considered and the system's total costs are optimized with the level 0f the shop customer service.A truck-load distribution optimization model in one city for chain store distribution center is established.Finally,an example to validate the efficiency of the model is used.
