目的：研究分析采用改善病情抗风湿药联合治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效及其安全性。方法：收治类风湿性关节炎患者300例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组150例。观察组采用甲氨蝶呤+来氟米特+白芍总苷胶囊(MTX+LEF)进行治疗，对照组采用甲氨蝶呤+柳氮磺胺吡啶+羟氯喹(MTX+SSZ+HCQ)治疗，比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果：治疗1个月后，观察组的治疗总有效率85.3%，显著高于对照组的治疗总有效率74.6%(P＜0.05)，具有统计学意义；治疗3个月后，两组的治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；两组在治疗期间的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：MTX+LEF和MTX+SSZ+HCQ治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效显著，并且安全可靠，但MTX+LEF的起效较快。
목적：연구분석채용개선병정항풍습약연합치료류풍습성관절염적료효급기안전성。방법：수치류풍습성관절염환자300례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조150례。관찰조채용갑안접령+래불미특+백작총감효낭(MTX+LEF)진행치료，대조조채용갑안접령+류담광알필정+간록규(MTX+SSZ+HCQ)치료，비교량조적치료효과급불량반응정황。결과：치료1개월후，관찰조적치료총유효솔85.3%，현저고우대조조적치료총유효솔74.6%(P＜0.05)，구유통계학의의；치료3개월후，량조적치료총유효솔비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)；량조재치료기간적불량반응발생솔차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：MTX+LEF화MTX+SSZ+HCQ치료류풍습성관절염적료효현저，병차안전가고，단MTX+LEF적기효교쾌。
Objective:To explore the efficacy and comparison of safety of disease modifying drugs combined with antirheumatic drugs in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:300 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 150 cases in each.The observation group was treated with methotrexate plus leflunomide plus total glucosides of paeony capsules(MTX + LEF),the control group was treated with methotrexate plus sulfasalazine plus hydroxychloroquine(MTX + SSZ + HCQ).Two groups of patients with curative effect and adverse reaction were compared.Results:After 1 month of treatment,in the observation group,the total effective rate was 85.3%;in the control group,the total effective rate was 74.6%.The observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the effective rates of two groups were no significant difference(P>0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Effect of MTX+LEF and MTX+SSZ+HCQ in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is significant, and is safe and reliable,but the onset of MTX+LEF is faster.
