The United States,well-known as A Country on The Wheels,is the most popularized country in auto vehicles and has the largest amount of automobiles in the world.As statistics shown we,in American,there are about eight automobiles for every ten people.For recent thirty years,the total number of civil motor vehicles has increased by 3 times.However the death roll of traffic accidents is dropping off from fifty thousand per year to forty thousand per year.This dramatic contrast shows us American's highly efficient and advanced traffic-manage system.Although many of the advantages minds and regulations are inconspicuous,they are absolutely not unimportant.On the contrary,all these advantages reflect humanization- the core spirit in the United States urban communications.
