目的 了解门诊妇科病人两种不同PH值范围真菌感染状况,为临床妇科医生治疗这类病人提供参考资料.方法 收集门诊妇科白带常规检查病人的白带镜检资料,同时对每个送检标本用3.8-5.4的PH精密试纸进行白带的PH直接测试,而后,将所有的检查资料分成PH≤4.5或PH＞4.5两个PH值范围进行归类统计分析. 结果 总人次中PH≤4.5的白带1128人次,PH＞4.5的白带856人次.PH≤4.5的白带中有真菌感染的病人352人次,占PH≤4.5的白带的32 %.PH＞4.5的白带中真菌感染的病人328人 次,占PH＞4.5的白带的39%,两个百分率的卡方值为:x 2=0.0800 P ＞0.05.结论 门诊妇科病人白带不同PH范围真菌感染率无显著性差异,两种不同PH状况下存在同样的感染风险.
