目的通过回顾性的分析我院2005-2007间收治的65例眼睑恶性肿瘤病人,探讨眼睑恶性肿瘤的手术方法及治疗效果.方法 65例恶性肿瘤病人全部进行扩大的局部切除,同时行眼睑成型术. 结果 65例眼睑肿瘤完整切除,眼睑形成良好.结论眼睑恶性肿瘤以早期扩大的局部切除为首选,并联合行眼睑成形术,收到良好效果.
