目的:探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)含量与新生儿感染性疾病的关系及临床利用价值.方法:对在我院新生儿科病房出生两周内的212例新生儿分组进行Hs-CRP的检测.结果:治疗前细菌感染组(A组)Hs-CRP含量明显高于非细菌性感染组(B组)及对照组(C组),P<0.05差异有显著性;B组与C组仍差异无显著性.结论:Hs-CRP可做为诊断新生儿早期细菌性感染的重要指标之一,动态监测其含量可做为判断细菌感染性疾病疗效的依据.

Objective:To explore the clinical value of hypersensifiity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) and the relationship between hsCRP content and neonatal infectious diseases. Methods:To detect hsCRP in 212 neonate who were born within two weeks in the de-partment of neonatology in our hospital. Results:In pre-treatment of bacterial infection group (A group) hsCRP content was significantly higher than non-bacterial infection group(B group) and the control group(C group),P<0.05 ,with statistical significance. There was no sig-nificant difference between B group and C group. Conclusion:hsCRP can be used as an early important diagnosis indicators of neonatal bacterial infections. Dynamic monitoring hsCRP content can be used as the evidence of healing effect of bacterial infections.
