目的 了解辽宁省各级医疗机构卫生消毒与灭菌质量,以便加强医院感染管理力度.方法 用现场采样和调查方法对县级以上部分医疗机构进行了监测.结果 诊所内空气消毒质量平均合格率仅在76.24%～86.09%.县级以上医疗机构压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌合格率在95.03%～99.25%之间.各项监测指标从2004～2008年有逐年提高的趋势.结论 宜宾市翠屏区各级医疗机构以室内空气卫生合格率最低,压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果仍有部分不合格.

Objective To know the quality of sanitary disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions at different levels in order to strengthen control of no socomial infections.Methods On-the-spot sampling and investigation method were used to carry outmonitoring in some medical institutions above the county level.Results The average eligible rate of quality of indoor air disinfection in medical institutions above the county level was only 76.24%～86.09%.All monitoring indexes tended to be imp roved year by year from 2004 to 2008.Conclusion In medical institutions at all levels,the eligible rate of in door air hygiene was lowest, the autoclave sterilization efficacy was still ineligible in some institutions.All indexes in firstclass of third-grade hosp italwere better than those in hosp itals of other grades.
