目的:建立净宫颗粒中总皂苷的含量测定方法.方法:色谱柱为C18柱,以乙腈为流动相A,水为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱;检测波长为203 nm.结果:三七皂苷R1在0.16~6.18 μg,人参皂苷Rg1在0.41~16.42 μg,人参皂苷Rb1在0.37~14.86 μg之间,进样量与峰面积线性关系良好.三七皂苷R1平均回收率99.3%,人参皂苷Rg1平均回收率100.0%,人参皂苷Rb1平均回收率99.4%.结论:本法可准确测定净宫颗粒中总皂苷的含量.

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of total saponins in Jinggong Granules.Methods:The C18 column was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water using gradient elution.The UV detector was set at 203nm.Results:The cali-bration curves of notoginsenoside R1 showed good linearity over the range of 0.16~6.18 μg,the average recovery rote was 99.3%.The cali-bration curves of notoginsenoside Rg1 showed good linearity over the range of 0.41~16.42 μg,the average recovery rote was 100%.The calibration curves of notoginsenoside Rb, showed good linearity over the range of 0.37~14.86 μg,the average recovery rate was 99.4%. Conclusion:The method can be used to determine the total saponins in Jinggong Granules.
